Shipping and Returns Policy 

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery date. Return fees are the responsibility of the customer. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy: 

  • Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Returned items must be unused and be returned in original packaging, in sellable condition.

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Initiate your return by using your email address and order ID by using the CONTACT US page.

  2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order

  3. Print your shipping label that you will receive by email

  4. Send all items back to us packaged properly using the label provided

**Roop Living reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be delivered. Once your return is received, processing usually takes about 3-5 business days. Once the return is processed, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund or credit total amount to reflect on your credit card statement.
